Americans, you are beautiful. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not. Like the pollution in our oceans, our government interests are making us look ugly.
So now that we’ve protested on the lawns, how do we ensure corporate lobbyists listen?
We need a redefinition of the United States Constitution since the beginning of the twentieth century. Bless the intentions of our founding fathers, but they unfortunately did not write into law foreseeable protections of country against big industry. We the People did, however, recognize the power of free speech. America still has a voice.
It is when self-expression is lost in public school systems, when plastic is preached in place of nourishment, and when big brother’s eyes and ears are in every gadget from here to Katmandu – does awareness then emerge.
