Gentle Mind

Be kind to your body. The human body is quite a work of mastery. A multitude of microscopic systems behind layers and layers of conscious organics. When you get emotional, that’s the body. When your heart beats in the presence of love, that’s the body. Your body is you and you are a universe.


It is common to live our daily lives without acknowledging our own inner galaxies and cosmic dust which is the core of our being. With our minds always crunching numbers, communicating with others, and fulfilling our desires there is little to no time for the body to be heard.

To find peace, one must find Zen. Meditate into a gentle mind. Be present and at one with Time. Be kind to your body, for there is infinite wonder within.
